24 HOURS EMERGENCY TRUCK SERVICES IS A SERVICE PROVIDED TO SUPPORT THE OPERATIONAL OF CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE, SO THAT IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES AND DAMAGES HAPPENED COULD BE HANDLED AS SOON AS POSIBBLE.
24 Hours Emergency Truck Service is divided into 3 services :
1. Technical Consultation by Phone
- Customers could consult their technical problems through 24 hours hotline.
2. Emergency assistance (emergency service with <60 minutes repair duration)
- Emergency services for damages that can be repaired under 60 minutes. This service is free of charge, unless there's a sparepart need to be changed.
3. On site repair (heavy repair service with >60 minutes repair duration)
- Service provided to repair heavy damage that need more than 60 minutes to be repaired. Customers will be charged with visit cost, regular services fee and part changing cost, if any.
